has been a part of the construction business
since early childhood in his father’s
large commercial construction company in
Los Angeles. Having the unusual perspective
of being ‘raised in the business’ he
has performed virtually all aspects of
construction management over a 20 year
period with that
company. He was instrumental in developing
Marketing and Sales programs, estimating
and subcontracting work. He acted as Project
Manager over 12 years with a combined value
of over $250,000,000.00. He was instrumental
in developing customized project specific
computer software and management systems
for specific and company-wide applications.
