In the communities of Santa Barbara and Montecito, John and his partner Gregg Wilson have become known for their outstanding collaborative design/build projects. These projects are unique in that each one has qualities that represent the best of California living. The climate in California is unique, therefore, so is the lifestyle. A common theme in the design of each project is the concept that the home has a "garden in every room".
